This project, set in Chicago's vibrant Bronzeville neighborhood, transformed a newly
purchased condo into a modern haven for a newlywed couple. Blending style with
functionality, the design emphasizes a sleek, open layout perfect for entertaining while
maintaining a relaxed, sophisticated ambiance. In the living area, velvet lagoon chairs
and a brushed metallic sculptural pedestal dining table add bold, luxurious accents. The
kitchen’s quartz countertops and bianco ceramic backsplash tiles bring a clean,
contemporary feel, while the solid mahogany barstools add warmth. Every element,
from the gold leaf circle wall art to the earth-friendly crypton fabric sofa, is meticulously
chosen to create an inviting, stylish, and sustainable urban sanctuary for the couple's
new journey together.
